Sadler Brown Architecture (SBA) housing project ‘Walled Gardens’ has won the Best Residential Development in Tyne and Wear at the 2018 UK Property Awards.

The project, set within Locally Listed Walled Gardens at Newcastle Racecourse, has developed 14 luxury family homes.
